Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use darksecretsfragrance.com or buy from JP Dark Secrets Fragrance ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Our products

• We sell authentic designer perfumes, oils and clothing.
• We try to show products, colours and packaging accurately, but what you see on screen may differ slightly, and manufacturers sometimes change packaging.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

2. Prices

• Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
• Delivery fees are added at checkout and depend on your location.
• Prices and promotions can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

3. Orders

• After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with your order number. This confirms we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery details cannot be confirmed, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
• Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

4. Payment

• You can pay online through Hubtel or, where available, with Cash on Delivery.
• Cash on Delivery is available within Accra. Orders outside Accra must be paid before they are dispatched.
• For Cash on Delivery, please have payment ready when your order arrives. If an order is refused on arrival without a valid reason, we may require payment in advance for future orders.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and areas are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen outside our control, such as bad weather or traffic.

6. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Returns are handled under our Return Policy. In summary, items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Items with a broken seal or damaged packaging cannot be returned. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will put it right at no extra cost.

7. Accounts

• You can check out as a guest or create an account.
• If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.

8. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about products you have bought or used. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

9. Use of our website

The content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Do not copy our content for commercial use, or try to interfere with or misuse the site.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law. Apart from those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as loss of profit. Our total responsibility for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We would always prefer to resolve any issue with you directly first. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Ghana.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
